Ingredients

fresh cranberries

cup
water

THM Gentle Sweet
(more or less to taste)

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
(more or less to taste)
⅛
teaspoon
mineral salt
½
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

teaspoons
orange zest OR 4 drops
Young Living Orange Vitality essential oil
OR ¼ teaspoon
orange extract
Instructions
Add the cranberries, water, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt to a small saucepan.
Bring to a slow-rolling boil over medium-high heat. Stir often and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cranberries burst.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Stir in the vanilla extract and orange zest/oil/extract.
Put in an airtight container and refrigerate. It will continue to thicken as it cools.
