1/2 the amount needed of your choice low carb granulated sweetener (examples:

Instructions
Add the low carb granulated sweetener to the jar of a quality, high powder blender, food processor, or coffee grinder. Put on lid.
Pulse until poofy, powdery, legal substance results.
Allow to settle before removing lid.
Re-measure to ensure there's enough for the recipe at hand then use.
